RV Leapers netball club provides quality training sessions delivered by qualified coaches.

At RV Leapers,  athletes are trained using the RV Leapers training framework which is exclusive to its members. This allows for personalised and realistic milestones and achievements for each athletes development. 

 

Athletes are also offered lots of extra training such as, exposure to higher end camps during the summer, training sessions with super league players. In 2021 Micky Austin (Surrey Storm captain)  coached the u15s for 7 weeks.  In turn, this develops the players' awareness of the netball world and gave them something to aspire towards.

RV Leapers also act as a feeding club, supporting talented players to gain access to elite netball clubs (Mavericks, Pulse and Middlesex county) and provides players with lots of information about upcoming trials for aspiring pathway candidates.
